Located on beautiful Kailua Beach, the most renowned beach destination in the world, this exclusive estate is one of the largest private beachfront properties on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu. With its 2.5 acres of lush tropical gardens and five-star amenities, the Kailua Shores Estate provides the ultimate in privacy, luxury and tranquility. This location was once the prized beachfront for the Kings and Queens of Oahu and the original beach bungalow first built in the 1920’s was a destination of movie stars and celebrities of that era. The Beatles vacationed on the estate in the mid 1960’s when they had to escape the fans and pressing crowd of Waikiki.

Within the private grounds of the estate, you will enjoy strolling the luxuriant tropical gardens and enchanting lily pond. The property features a heated swimming pool and hot tub area, an indoor/outdoor bar, as well as a USTA approved, lighted tennis court with SportMaster ProCushion surfacing, practice wall, and Spinshot Plus tennis ball launcher. The court also host a professional basketball and pickle ball game and equipment. Treat the estate as your personal resort and enjoy the breathtaking view of distant scenic islets where swimming, windsurfing, and kayaking are just a few of the popular aquatic activities available on Kailua bay.

The Kailua Shores Estate sleeps more people than any other luxury rental location in Kailua. We have four private homes, all remodeled in 2017. Each home is air-conditioned with ceiling fans in every room, an open-floor living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facility, high ceilings, large windows, and glass doors leading to lovely lanais. The homes have been beautifully appointed with elegant, modern, island-style furnishings. All bedrooms boast Cal King beds and en-suite full baths. The accommodations include the two-bedroom Main House with a convertible den/King sofa sleeper, the two-bedroom Tennis House, the three-bedroom Beach House, and the one-bedroom Pool House.

Take a two-minute drive to access the many dining and shopping options in Kailua. The golfers will be thrilled with the three courses within seven miles. For a relaxed afternoon of cocktails on the beach or a night out, make the short drive to Waikiki Beach or downtown Honolulu. Upon request, we can arrange private transportation to and from the Honolulu Airport, Waikiki, and other favorite island destinations. Professional massage, tennis instruction, wind and kite surfing lessons and even a private chef are yours for the asking.

The property will be made exclusively available to you for a full period of 30 days. No one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates are based on a 30-day rental period.
